DKN collects information about its shareholders, advisers and investors primarily for the purposes of providing access to the various products which it sources and distributes.
Information collected enables DKN to be a leading provider of products and services in the financial services industry by providing superior and innovative products, services, administration and management. Most of this information is collected directly from shareholders, advisers and investors. In some instances, DKN collects personal information about such persons from those parties with whom DKN enters into contractual relationships from time to time.
The information collected usually includes details about the person's name, address, financial history involving DKN investments.
DKN will treat personal information it collects with the strictest confidence and will only disclose the information in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988. DKN may disclose personal information:
