Given that Wrap Account Limited is no longer a subsidiary of Zurich, an insert to reflect this change will be included in the AssetLink, AssetChoice and AssetChoice Essentials offer documents.  Please note that inserts are not required for any of the SuperWrap PDS documents as they do not contain references to Zurich.

No Investor Communications or Supplement

As the change in ownership of Wrap Account Limited is not considered to be a material change to the end investor, we will not be distributing any investor communications or Supplementary PDS.
