Mr Phil Butterworth, Chief Executive Officer
Phil Butterworth oversees group strategy and operations and is heavily involved in industry liaison and negotiation to secure competitively priced products and services for DKN. Phil has more than 14 years financial services industry experience spanning distribution, platform development, dealer services and business implementation within senior roles at Macquarie, Lonsdale and Sealcorp.

Mr Rob Hunwick, Executive Chairman
Mr Hunwick was appointed Executive Chairman in August 2001. He was a former CEO of Colonial Life, former Managing Director of Tyndall Australia and former partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Mr Chris Kelaher, Non Executive Director
Mr Kelaher is currently Managing Director of Australian Wealth Management Ltd and was a former joint Managing Director of Citicorp Global Asset Management and Director of Quest International Limited.

Mr Peter Dunn, Non Executive Director
Mr Dunn is a proprietor of Moneyplan Australia (M.P) Pty Ltd. Mr Dunn has been a financial planner since 1983. He was also past Vice President of The Financial Planning Association.

Mr David Smith, Non Executive Director
Mr Smith is a director of Zurich and a director of the following entities which are associates of Zurich - ZFSA, Zurich Australian Insurance Limited, Zurich Investment Management Limited, Zurich Australian Superannuation Pty Limited and Associated Marine Insurers Agents Pty Limited. Mr Smith has a Master's of Business Administration (Massachusetts Institute of technology, Cambridge Ma, USA 1997 Sloan Fellow) ("MBA") and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Massey University, New Zealand) ("BBS"). He is also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management ("FAIM").

Mr Christopher Powell, Non Executive Director
Mr Powell is an alternate director of Zurich and has a Bachelor of Arts (University of Sydney, 1978) and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) (With Credit) (University of Technology, Sydney, 1987). He is a Fellow of Certified Practising Accountants Australia, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited since November 2001. Prior to joining Zurich Mr Powell held senior finance positions with the Commonwealth Bank, NRMA and the State Super Corporation.

Mr Kenneth Wright, Non Executive Director
Mr Wright has been a member of the board of Lonsdale since January 2007 (although this is expected to cease on completion of the Transactions). He has been a senior finance manager in both financial and transport industries for over 20 years and has been a managing partner at Meagher Howard & Wright (MHW) since 1999. Mr Wright holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Financial Management) and a Master of Commerce (Treasury). He is a Fellow of Certified Practising Accountants, a registered Company Auditor and a qualified Financial Planner.
